Recently, we were pleased to announce that we have a new partner hospital in Brazil.
Patient data from the Hospital Angelina Caron will soon go online on Patient Network Explorer (PNEx), accessible for (de-identified) query by users of the system [View full press release].
As of today, PNEx’s hospital network currently covers over 130 sites in 20 countries, encompassing over 73 M patients [check the latest coverage on our homepage!].
While some of these sites are still being prepped for going live, users of PNEx can already query patient data from over 25 M patients.
We have been working hard to continue the explosive rate of growth of our global network of partner hospitals, as well as to bring their patient data online.
We are proud to have a truly international hospital network on Patient Network Explorer; one which offers live, real-world data, a truly global scope, and is associated with competent and trial-ready sites with experts and facilities which can support cutting edge clinical trials.
This network represents a wealth of longitudinal patient real-world data (RWD) across institutions, geographies and populations, aggregated it into one, single, comprehensive real-time view. Users of PNEx can query five dimensions of EHR data, live, throughout the hospital network: demographics, diagnoses, treatment, medication and laboratory test result values. PNEx RWD supports RWE generation and the acceleration of clinical trials, via feasibility check for protocols, and identification of clusters of eligible patients for site selection.
The system also uses Clinerion’s patented ANID technology to help trials sites re-identify patients for recruitment screening, without compromising patient privacy.
This RWD is our foundation for the generation of powerful, actionable insights and real-world evidence (RWE) for clinical research, and health economics and outcomes research. By 2022, Clinerion targets coverage of 250 M patients in 45 countries, growing our ecosystem of partners to improve patient lives worldwide. We have big goals.
And we’ll get you the Big Data you need to get innovative treatments quicker to patients.
